Fishfinder and Shimano Stella 20000 PG Stickbaiting Tuna Fishing Combo

The 20000 Stella comes in a low speed gear ratio, although a faster line retrieve may be better for working stickbaits once a Tuna is hooked it is imperative that you are using a low gear ratio reel. This is because Tuna tend to sit deep and circle below the boat, when they are doing this the added power you get from a low speed reel makes the fish far easier to surface. The Fishfinder 8ft3 pe8 can cast a stickbait a mile allowing you to get over the bust up or past working birds, additionally they are built off a strong blank with a powerful backbone allowing the angler to put plenty of strain on the fish when they are sitting deep or near the boat about to be gaffed.
