The Saltist Hyper is the S79/8-10 GT Pop rated rod which can be used from the boat. It has a regular action in the tip perfect for casting and working stickbaits, floating and sinking and poppers, and heaps of power down low where it counts for fighting big fish. The reel comes spooled with Daiwa J Braid x8 Multi 80lb 300m which is a super-strong, smooth, and abrasion-resistant line which is ideal when fishing for kingfish around heavy structure.
